Hello to anyone who is reading this. If you are on our website or the You Tube channel at this hour, you are more than likely a colleague or mine, so someone who soon will be. I just finished a tense meeting with my fellow doctoral students. hence the name of this blog post. I will be offering free training for individuals who are interested in using ACT to produce better global citizens and better outcomes for victim-offender mediation based in process-based Restorative Justice. So far, our results are better than i could have ever hoped, but we need to expand and replicate our initial findings. There is much more work to be done. at this moment, this is my dissertation topic. in the coming days i will be uploading links and /l or full downloads of my research on using design-based research approach to study using various methods of applied behavior analysis, human performance technology, performance feedback, and behavioral skills training to train teachers in three key areas:

1. Classroom Management via Discipline that Restores and the Good Behavior Game

2. Victim Offender Mediation

3. Acceptance & Commitment Therapy

And later on I intend to possibly ad some more in my comprehensive intervention i am tentatively calling "The Good Samaritan Model," named after the famous Christian parable.

Also, in this blog i will be releasing parts of my upcoming book on victim-offender mediation. here is my working title, Caught in the Middle: Victim-Offender Mediation & Restorative Justice in the American Public Schools: The Unapologetic Journey of Change to End the School to Prison Pipeline I know that is a mouthful. I'm sure the good people at Westbow Press will help me slim it down a bit before the release date of February 2020.
